At BodyTalk Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


1. Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
  • Personal or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or agreed method

Refund processing time may take a few business days.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
